AHOY THERE!

WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

We make festivals that are sold out, #followed and loved IRL. Our not so secret power is taking the seed of an idea and transforming it into a fully-fledged festival that grows in success every year.

Like Cabin Fever, a winter festival laden with epic feasts, parties and events, set in the wilderness of Margaret River, Fine Vines Festival - WA's premier wine festival championing the Margaret River Wine Region, and Flow State Weekender, Australia's most unique wellness festival.

Just like that nineties shampoo commercial, our talents didn’t happen overnight. It took years, working on local and international festivals, discerning what made events extraordinary, and what made them, well, ordinary.

We work with legends who make communities a better place, brand agencies and clients who get that the best festivals push the boundaries of their genre.

Our powerhouse team has the brain power of a big agency, without the big cost. If you need an entire festival developed, marketed and run, we can do it. If you need one critical stage, like PR, handled, we got you.

Talk to us about your festival, brand activation or event idea.

TESTIMONIALS

The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association has worked with Ahoy Management on the Cabin Fever Festival event for five years, from concept development right through to execution.  Brianna and Erin are highly motivated to collaborate with, and achieve the objectives of, their clients.  Through their professionalism and attention to detail they have successfully curated the Cabin Fever Festival to be an event that provides strong returns for participating businesses, and an outstanding experience for visitors to the Margaret River Region.  It is without hesitation that I recommend Ahoy Management to any organisation seeking to develop, manage and execute a high quality event.
